Damaged or Wrong Item

If you receive a damaged product or the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo/video of the product, and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund.

Unopened Products

Unopened, sealed products can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund (minus delivery charges).

Opened Products

Due to the personal and consumable nature of wellness supplements, opened or used products cannot be returned, for hygiene and safety reasons — except in cases of manufacturing defects.
